Even ESPN uses that. I think there's is Facebook based. Comment sections, are the worst places on the internet. Worse than reddit and rivaling that of 4chan. Not that I'm on CBR ever now, but I sure won't be bothered to "comment" in a field of nonsense that's unsortable. Nope.


I agree, completely. However, the comment section format is catching on with websites, as actual forums are losing favor with websites. It is cheaper to have comment sections because it doesn't require dedicated servers to host large numbers of posters, a database of poster information, or an archive of threads.
