I thought this was a discussion about Rogue. Consider me disappointed.

I feel Anna Marie would fit into the Rebellion as a fighter pilot pretty well.

I remember when this first came out well over a decade ago.

Ugh, I want to see it now but if I can't see it this weekend I'll probably have to wait awhile.

This bored me to death.

My favorite part was the hentai scene with Riz Ahmed.

Everything else was underdeveloped, bland and predictable.

I liked it. I particularly liked that everyone died. The second the one guy asked, "what's that antenna for?" and the answer was "broadcasting messages" I knew none of them were getting out of that building alive. still felt sad when they all died tho. but it felt right, storywise. I was very upest with the amount of time that one rebel spent trying to get the door open/get the other guy to open the door when he should have just handed off that floppy disc at the start. Vader is bearing down on you! You're not getting out!

The robots in the star wars universe sure are sassy, huh?

Edit: Now that I've had a day to process, I think this movie's problem is a problem any 'inbetweenquel' would have. The events don't feel engaging and the stakes don't feel important because this movie isn't pushing the story anywhere, it's just filling in cracks in the overarching plot. Other than that, I still think it's a good popcorn flick. My theater applauded at the end. If I were a bigger star wars nerd, I bet I'd love learning the details of important stuff that happened.

They shouldn't have shown Leia's face in the end. It was very uncanny valley.
We know who they're giving the disc/plans to before the movie even starts. We know who was in that white dress. It was pointless, jarring and ruined the moment.
