[Ted, Tedd, and Teddy]

The drama pilot based on Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon’s cult 1990s comic. The project, from Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg, Sony TV and AMC Studios, is about Jesse Custer, a conflicted Preacher in a small Texas town who merges with a creature that has escaped from heaven and develops the ability to make anyone do anything he says. Along with his ex-girlfriend, Tulip (Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Gilgun), the three embark on a journey to literally find God.

In addition to Negga, Gilgun joins Ian Colletti who was cast as Eugene Root, aka Arseface. Dominic Cooper has been in conversations for the lead, Jesse.

I don't see how this doesn't get it's more graphic and thematic content nerfed into oblivion.

I've never watched a single episode of this. Is it any good? Does it start slow? Any fun characters to stan?

Its gross sometimes but its gud, all three main characters are lovely, I think you'll enjoy it. The plot takes its time starting but the character interactions make u enjoy the ride.

Plot is flimsy, but as sda said, character interaction make the whole show.

Tulip O'Hare is the one you should stan for!



Now I wonder should I rewatch it again, cuz all my feels poured for Tulip after I went through her tag on tumblr...

Tulip certainly dropped a huge shocker at me. And it certainly pays off all the build up of everybody hating her in the mansion.

I suspect Hell is gonna corrupt Eugene so badly when or if Jesse saves him from it.
