Ugh, I saw Splice in theaters. Such a bad movie because it shits all over a brilliant idea.

It devolves quickly into Frankenstein (novel version) and a list of everything first time parents should avoid doing to their child.

Way to Fuck up a genius idea you Hollywood plebs.

No one ever mentions it and I've seen it on TV once in like the past 20 years, so I didn't think it was exactly a cult favorite.

Can I see Ant-Man on one of these nights because of Evangeline Lily's hair?

OH! Speaking of hair! Obviously everyone needs to watch The Ring Two:

1. Naomi Watts.
2. A young Emily VanCamp.
3. Simon Baker.
4. A hilarious sequence involving deer.
5. A great one-liner in the climax that The Orphan ripped off word-for-word.
6. So much dumb shit.

Really? I've seen it on tv a few dozen times in the past year and a half. It should be getting more play during october. It's one of the most beloved Mery AND Goldie movies.

I never saw the 2nd ring. But I saw the 2nd Grudge movie for some reason.

Yep. I loved it, but Death Becomes Her doesn't get a lot of play or talk around these parts that I've noticed. The one time I do remember catching it on TV in the past 20 years was fairly recently, though (like within the past six years, maybe?).

The Ring Two is not a worthy follow-up to The Ring in any way but it's enjoyably stupid in its own right.

Death becomes her is a classic.

The cast alone is to die for.

Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn, Bruce Willis, and Isabella Rossellini.

John Carpenter's The Thing. That needs to be there somewhere.

Can be filed under monster movie, psychological thriller, and science fiction.
